Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: At heights. Outdoors. Tasks: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Supervise other workers. Estimate costs and materials. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Physically demanding. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
