*Job Summary* Job description: *Overview* We are seeking an experienced and proactive Building Caretaker to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a high rise building. *Duties* * This is hybrid caretaker, 50% managerial tasks and 50% cleaning. * *Work closely with property manager to report building issues and coordinate with trades to fix them* * Make building fobs, arrange move in/out, prepare monthly building reports and send it to the property manager * Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building.
