Business general manager

*Company Overview: * DNW Distribution Ltd. is a dynamic young distribution company dedicated to operational excellence, reliable supply chain performance and strong long term partnerships with vendors and customers. *Overview*: We are looking for a dynamic results oriented *General Manager* to lead our operations, grow our vendor network and drive revenue across all channels. The General Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for the end to end performance of DNW Distribution's Operations. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in vendor relationship management, B2B Sales, and team leadership. You will help set the strategic direction, manage key accounts, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure our operations run efficiently and profitability. This is a hands on role suited for a confident leader who thrives in a fast paced distribution environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers and distribution partners. * Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts and service agreements to optimize margin and supply reliability * Identify and onboard new vendor partnerships aligned with company growth objectives * Resolve vendor and client disputes and escalations in a timely and professional manner * Maintain direct relationships with key clients and strategic partners * Oversee day-to-day operational performance including logistics, inventory and fulfillment * Own P&L and manage budgets and report on financial performance to executive leadership * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulator environments. *Qualifications and Experience:* * 5 or more years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, logistics, wholesale or related industry * Demonstrated success in vendor negotiation and multi-supplier relationship management * Proven track record in B2B sales, account development and revenue growth * Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational budgets * Experience with inventory management systems and distribution software is an asset * Post-Secondary education is Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field is an asset *What We Offer:* * Competitive Salary with commensurate experience * Comprehensive benefits package * Leadership role with autonomy and direct impact on company direction * Collaborative team environment with strong executive support Join us as our *General Manager*, where your leadership will shape the future of our company!
