Building Official (Class 1, 2 and 3)

MuniCode Services Ltd., based in the thriving City of Warman, Saskatchewan, is seeking a qualified Building Official to join our dedicated team of code enforcement and consulting professionals. Whether your experience is primarily residential or extends into commercial and more complex projects, we welcome applications from candidates holding a Class 1, Class 2, or Class 3 Building Official licence (or equivalent). Key Responsibilities Review and approve construction plans and specifications for permit issuance, ranging from residential to commercial projects appropriate to the licence class.
