You will perform maintenance duties at PHARA?s three North Bay locations, including 280 Oakwood Avenue, 200 Oakwood Avenue, and 122 Massey Drive. The position requires a health and safety background and has a standard shift (but not limited to) M to F, 730-330 pm. The position includes on-call duties, paid at a per diem rate. *QUALIFICATIONS* * Experience in facility cleaning. * Experience in maintenance, including minor heating, plumbing, and electrical repairs, painting, and drywalling. * Excellent customer service skills. * Health and Safety experience. * Working at Heights and Bilingualism (English/French) are considered assets. * Valid G2 or G driver?s licence, personal vehicle, and insurance. *JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!* For enquires, a copy of the full job description, or to learn more, please email us or visit our website!
