Building caretaker

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Perform some machining to recondition or modify shafts, commutators or other parts. Area of work experience: Cleaning. Equipment: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers. Carpet cleaning machine. Polishing machines. Steam cleaners. Upholstery cleaning equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling.
