Brighter Futures Coordinator Responsibilities: The ability to creative and sensitive to the needs of the people as well as the program Ensure all safety protocols are followed when interacting with clients Prepare month end reports as well as proposals as per program guidelines Develop a resource base for facilitators, coordination of workshops. Develop skills to work well under pressure and in a fast-past environment. Responsible for maintaining a schedule of workshops, seminars, training sessions. Prepare monthly newsletter on community events, new initiatives and regular schedule of events. Proposal writing and assisting in coordinating fundraising activities as needed.
