The role: * Responsible for producing high quality and consistent brews. * Ensure cleanliness of brewery and equipment. * Ensure the safe operation of brewing and production equipment. * Provide significant input, direction, and recipe development for new beers. * Assist in planning production from raw materials to finished goods ensuring adequate inventories to meet demand. * Assist with packaging as required. * Other duties and responsibilities as directed.
