Bread baker

Job Summary: Responsibilities: We are seeking a reliable hard working individual for Bread and Bun baker. This is an afternoon/evening shift, 3 days per week, no weekends required. Individual must be able to work independently and alone. Experience is an asset but we will train the appropriate individual as well. Duties include measuring Ingredients, following recipes, mixing, shaping, proofing and baking doughs to packaging completion, ensuring and maintaining consistent product quality. Other duties as directed or required.
