Bread baker

Nat's Bread Company is hiring a full time bread baker. Responsibilities include: Scaling dry ingredients; mixing, shaping, and baking different styles of bread; assisting with packaging, bread slicing, and bread packing. Working together and efficiently as a team with our other bakers, and also working independently when necessary. 1-2 years experience in the food service industry is an asset Post secondary education in the culinary field is an asset Schedule is as follows: Monday - 1pm to 6pm Wednesday - 1pm to 6pm Thursday - 1pm to 6pm Friday - 1pm to 6pm Applicant is expected to work 6-8 hour shifts, on their feet.
