Job Overview We are seeking energetic and outgoing *Brand Ambassadors* to support a leading Canadian food brand at a major consumer event in Toronto. Brand Ambassadors will help bring the brand experience to life through *food sampling, guest engagement, interactive activities, and a live butter-sculpting activation*. Depending on the assigned area, you may be serving and educating guests on premium Canadian cheese products, encouraging participation in an interactive brand experience, or supporting guests as they take part in a fun butter-sculpting challenge. This is a fast-paced, public-facing role ideal for someone who is confident approaching new people, comfortable working with food, and excited to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Responsibilities * Welcome and actively engage guests throughout the event. * Sample and serve food products while sharing key product information and brand messaging. * Encourage guests to participate in interactive activities and brand experiences. * Support a live *butter-sculpting activation*, including welcoming participants, explaining the activity, resetting stations, and keeping the experience running smoothly. * Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sampling and activation areas. * Follow all food-handling, hygiene, and event safety requirements. * Answer basic product and event questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. * Support product sales where applicable and help direct interested guests to retail purchasing. * Work collaboratively with the Brand Ambassador team, Team Lead, and event staff. * Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically throughout each shift. Skills & Qualifications * Previous *food service, sampling, promotional, retail, hospitality, or Brand Ambassador experience* is an asset. * Comfortable handling and serving food in a busy event environment. * Outgoing and confident approaching and engaging with members of the public. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Able to learn key product information and communicate it naturally to guests. * Reliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team. * Able to remain energetic and engaged throughout long, high-traffic shifts. * Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. * Food Handler Certification is considered an asset.
