*Responsibilities:* Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including data entry and cheque printing. Handle invoicing, billing, and processing of cheques and credit card payments. Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and credit card statements. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Provide support for employee expense reimbursements and reports.
