Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Boarding house/school. Budgetary responsibility: 0 - $100,000. Tasks: Perform front desk duties. Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities. Enforce policies and procedures. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word. Quick Books. MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS Windows. Security and safety: Bondable. Basic security clearance. Secret clearance. Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Team player.
