Bartender

*About the role* La Brezza is looking for a reliable, friendly Bartender to join our team. You will start part-time on evenings and weekends, with real room to grow: as you take on more responsibility, such as inventory, cash handling, and table service, your pay and tip share increase. For the right person, the role can become full-time. *What you'll do* * Prepare cocktails and other bar drinks * Serve wine and make espresso-based coffee * Polish glasses and cutlery * Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized * Work with the servers to keep drink service running smoothly *What we offer* * $15.00 per hour plus tips (1% of the restaurant's net sales to start) * Wage and tip share increases to 2% of net sales when you take full charge of the bar * Pay and tip increases as you take on inventory, cash handling, and service * Free staff dinner on shift * Staff discount on food * Training and support on our coffee machine and cocktail list *What we're looking for* * Some previous bartending experience * Basic knowledge of cocktails, wine, and coffee * Able to make our cocktails independently once trained * Basic experience with an espresso machine * Valid ProServe certification (required) * Must be available evenings and weekends * Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment * Friendly and professional with guests and the team *How to apply* Apply through Indeed with your resume.
