Bartender

Elma is a modern, Turkish-inspired restaurant in the heart of the Okanagan, known for its warm hospitality, vibrant flavors, and thoughtfully crafted cocktails. We are looking for an experienced *Part-Time Bartender* to join our team. Wednesday & Thursday schedule) * Opportunity to work with a creative and thoughtful cocktail program * A supportive and professional team environment * Discounts on food and beverage *What We?re Looking For:* * *Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience * * Strong understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits * A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the service team * Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and compliance with liquor laws *Key Responsibilities:* * Deliver exceptional and attentive guest service * Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with consistency and care * Assist with bar and cocktail prep for an extensive cocktail program * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar throughout service * Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to support smooth service * Help uphold Elma?s standards for hospitality, professionalism, and atmosphere * Contribute positively to a fast-paced and team-oriented environment If you?re ready to elevate our bar program and be part of something special, we?d love to hear from you!
