We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused *Baristas / Café Team Members* to join our team at *CF Sherway Gardens*. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service * Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks * Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system * Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions * Serve and package pastries, baked goods, and other food items * Assist customers with questions about products and menu items * Maintain attractive and well-stocked displays * Restock products and supplies throughout the shift * Maintain clean counters, equipment, customer areas, and workstations * Follow food safety, sanitation, and health and safety procedures * Complete opening and closing duties as required * Support the team during busy periods * Provide a welcoming and positive experience for every customer Qualifications * Previous *barista, café, bakery, restaurant, QSR, or food-service experience* is preferred * Experience preparing espresso-based beverages is an asset * Strong customer-service and communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment * Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team * Ability to learn quickly and follow recipes and procedures * Food Handler Certification is an asset *Availability* Candidates should have flexible availability, including *mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays*.
