Band Manager

Duties will include, but are not limited to: Supervising all program Directors for Sturgeon Lake First Nation. Overseeing all programs and services, budgets, personnel, and activities of the First Nation Responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing approved strategies, policies, and business plans. Establishing effective relationships with the membership Collaborating effectively with outside organizations to develop and enhance governance, financial, and administrative management (ISC, FNIHB, CMHC, etc.) Attending all Council Meetings and implementing their motions and resolutions (as requested) Managing all aspects of the Band Office Administration and Finance Other duties assigned by SLFN Chief and Council Qualifications: Strong knowledge of First Nations Issues Post-Secondary training in business, administration, managem...
