You understand dough development, fermentation, proofing, timing, consistency, and the satisfaction of pulling a perfectly baked loaf from the oven. At COBS Bread Driftwood Mall, we're looking for an experienced Baker to join our team and help produce the fresh breads and baked goods our customers enjoy every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality, works well with a team, and enjoys the fast pace of a commercial bakery.
