A growing Bakery is looking for an experienced, dependable Bread Baker with strong hands-on bread-making skills. We produce fresh, clean-label breads and are seeking someone who takes pride in consistent quality, taste, and freshness. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and bake sweet bread, white bread, whole wheat bread, buns, rolls, and other specialty breads. * Accurately weigh ingredients and follow production recipes. * Mix, divide, round, mould, proof, and bake dough. * Monitor dough temperature, fermentation, proofing, and baking to achieve consistent results. * Operate commercial mixers, dough dividers, moulders, proofers, and ovens safely. * Identify and correct bread-quality issues, including poor rise, uneven texture, and inconsistent colour. * Follow daily production schedules and complete orders on time. * Check ingredient supplies...
