The Jim Gauthier Collision Centre @ 1100 Templeton hiring for a full time Auto Body Technician We offer above average compensation, a supportive and encouraging work environment, a large new building and equipment, ICAR training, and plenty of hours as we are always busy and work on primarily recent model year vehicles. Auto Body Technicians are paid on a flat-rate system with an hourly wage of $33.69 for Red Seal techs. Wage for non Red Seal to be discussed. Duties: - Perform auto body repairs on vehicles - Repair and replace damaged body parts, including panels, fenders, doors, and bumpers - Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces - Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for accuracy and completeness - Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Skills: - Knowledge of auto body repair techniques and methods as well as MPI procedures - Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment - Attention to detail and ability to work with precision - ICAR training (apprentices welcome to apply) - Successful with oral and written communication - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment If you have a passion for the industry and possess the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply now to become part of our dedicated team.
