Western Millennium Collision is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Repair Planner to join our team full-time. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate estimates, efficient repair planning, and exceptional customer service throughout the repair process. What You'll Do Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software. Develop complete repair plans and coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers. Communicate with customers and insurance companies regarding repair procedures and timelines. Order and track parts required for repairs. Perform vehicle damage inspections and document findings.
