Assistant store manager

Freshslice Pizza Global Head Office is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate will: * Have at least two (2) years of restaurant (preferably pizza) management experience * Have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills * Understand that ?good teamwork? increases the success, and aspire to make the people around them better than they are * Be committed to operational and training systems * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills * Be able to interact easily with diverse employees * Be knowledgeable of and can use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently * Ability to handle cash register and sales transactions for customer orders \*\*Hands on experience of making pizzas and understanding of menu items & guidelines, inventory/stock, prepping, cleaning, sampling is a plus. \*Substantial Bonus & Rewards based on performance *Bonuses:* * Annual Performance Bonus * *$50,000* bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee * *$25,000* bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership * *$15,000* bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner * *$5,000* bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales _(must be full time, exclusive & live in the area)_ * *$1,000* bonus for each successful location you find.
