Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Convenience store. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Manage staff and assign duties. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
