Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Conduct performance reviews. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Accurate. Flexibility. Organized. Team player. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
