Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while managing all aspects of restaurant management with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities * Evaluate daily operations * Monitor revenues to determine labour cost * Monitor staff performance * Plan and organize daily operations * Recruit staff * Set staff work schedules * Supervise staff * Train staff * Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures * Conduct performance reviews * Organize and maintain inventory * Ensure health and safety regulations are followed * Leading/instructing individuals * Address customers' complaints or concerns * Provide customer service *Supervision* * 5-10 people Pay: $27.75 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
