Assistant executive housekeeper

*Company Overview* Two Seasons Inn is a hotel with 54 rooms located in Labrador City, NL. *Job Duties* * Clean and prepare hotel guest rooms and assigned areas. * Sweep, mop, wash and clean floors; vacuum carpets and rugs. * Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, ledges and other surfaces. * Make beds and change bed linens. * Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs and showers. * Replenish towels, toiletries and other guest-room supplies. * Empty garbage containers and dispose of waste. * Clean hallways and other common areas as assigned. * Report damaged, missing or malfunctioning items to management. * Follow hotel cleanliness, health and safety procedures. * Perform other light-duty cleaning duties as required. Skills Requirements Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent. Work Experience: One year of experience is an asset. * Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning duties. * Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Dependable and able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. * Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. *Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our team. Your dedication to cleanliness and hospitality will help create memorable experiences for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene. * Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction. * Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution. * Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to create a welcoming environment. * Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe workplace. * Adhere to hotel policies regarding privacy and confidentiality of guest information. * Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
