Analyst (ID Admin)

On a day-to-day basis, the Analyst position will be responsible for processing Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents and requests across multiple customers to add, remove, or modify user accounts (delivery of IAM services). Most customers have SLAs that we are responsible for achieving. The position will also be responsible for supporting internal and customer audit processes. IAM is a system that manages user identities and access permissions on a computer network. It involves authenticating and authorizing user access to resources such as applications, data, systems, and cloud platforms.
