Alternative Measures Worker

Battlefords Tribal Council Justice is seeking a motivated, compassionate and dependable Alternative Measures Worker to support youth and adults through community-based justice programming. The successful candidate will promote accountability, restorative justice and meaningful participation by individuals, victims and communities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver Alternative Measures programming for youth and adults at the community level. Conduct screening, intake and assessments to identify participant needs and suitability for programming. Facilitate victimoffender mediation and restorative justice processes, where appropriate.
