*About YourPlace Music School* YourPlace Music School brings music lessons into students' homes across Greater Victoria. We have about 300 students and 22 teachers, and we're looking for an organized, warm person to be the hub that keeps it all running smoothly. *The role* The Administrative Coordinator is the first point of contact for our families and teachers. You'll own the school's main inbox and keep lessons, schedules and billing on track during our busiest hours, weekday afternoons and evenings. This is a full employee position, not a contract.
