Southeast Advocates Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized and motivated Casual Administrative Assistant to join our Estevan team. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. We are happy to train the right candidate! Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients, answer phones and provide friendly reception support. Assist with payroll, invoices, expense claims and electronic payments using QuickBooks Online and Telpay. Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets and confidential files. Collect and organize employee timesheets, receipts and expense reports. Prepare correspondence, reports and administrative documents. Create and schedule engaging Facebook and Instagram content for our Weyburn and Estevan offices.
