RMR Rosenswig McRae Rosso LLP is a progressive and expanding CPA firm looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our firm located in downtown Toronto where our client base is comprised of a wide variety of business sectors including service, retail, manufacturing, marketing, sales, construction, real estate and information technology. The *Administrative Assistant* will support the firm and be responsible for: coordination and processing of corporate, partnership, trust and personal tax returns year-round, as needed; The candidate will require the skills to be able to work in a professional manner with partners, professional staff, and the administrative team. We are looking for an individual who must be able to multi-task, is detail oriented, deadline driven, a quick learner, and someone who takes ownership of their work. Previous experience is an asset. *Key Responsibilities include*: - Participating in T2 (corporate) processing of returns (electronic and paper filed) - Assist with T3 (trusts) processing of returns (electronic and paper filed) - Assist with T5013 (partnership) processing of returns (electronic and paper filed) - Assist with T1 (personal) tax returns - processing of client packages (electronic and paper filed) - RC59 (authorization with CRA) creating and filing forms - Control Lists (corporate, partnership, trust and personal) ? to control filing by deadlines and provide feedback to partners and managers regarding status and progress - Proactive review and assistance with emails and faxes that are directed to the Administrative Team - Assist with scanning and emailing of invoices to clients - Maintain and ordering of office supplies - Offsite storage - recall and restore client documents per partner and managers - Ad hoc duties including and not limited to: front desk reception, registered mail, food purchases for staff/meetings, and courier service coordination *Qualifications*: - Proficient with MS applications - Ability to Multi-Task - Detail oriented - Deadline driven - Someone who takes ownership of their work - Organized and has good time management skills - Positive attitude Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
