We specialize in variable print, direct mail processing, and fulfillment of marketing materials and consumer products for a wide range of corporate clients. Our ideal candidate must have excellent computer knowledge against a broad platform of software applications and outstanding communication skills. *Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:* * Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including light reception duties, filing, data entry and scanning. * Enter, upload and run fulfillment on orders in our warehouse management system. * Enter incoming material documents on behalf of customers. * Co-ordinate trade show/conference requests and returns. * Follow up with client requests relating to orders, tracking and inventory levels. * Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and placing orders. *Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:* * Administrative writing skills * Managing Processes * Organization * Analyzing Information * Professionalism * Problem Solving * Supply Management * Inventory Control * Verbal Communication *Education and Experience Requirements* * High school diploma or equivalent education required. * 1 year of office experience or strong, professional communication skills and excellent computer skills.
