Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an organized and conscientious candidate to join our accounting team. Key Responsibilities: -Process and post customer payments accurately -Maintain precise records of receivable transactions -Reconcile daily deposits and accounts receivable balances -Track outstanding customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances, investigate and resolve any payment issues -Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information -Work together with the different departments in the dealership -Assist with month-end tasks including preparing and sending customer statements -Complete other accounting and administrative duties as required Qualifications: -Previous accounts receivable or accounting experience is preferred -Automotive dealership experience is an asset -Strong organizational and time-management skills -Confident when wo...
