This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your bookkeeping skills while contributing to a collaborative and energetic work environment. *Responsibilities* * Process and record customer payments accurately * Manage accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all invoices are issued promptly and correctly * Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues efficiently * Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through professional negotiation and phone etiquette * Maintain detailed records of transactions, account analysis, and payment histories for audit purposes * Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure smooth financial operations * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to billing and account status *Requirements* * Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes * Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy * Effective negotiation skills for collections and resolving billing disputes * Ability to analyze financial data and perform account analysis confidently * Good math skills combined with strong analysis skills for financial review tasks * Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities to foster positive client relationships * Previous experience in accounts receivables will be considered an asset Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care Work Location: In person
