If you?re looking for a meaningful job, a great place to live and real work/life balance, please submit your application.The RDKB is seeking applicants for our permanent, full-time Accounting Manager position, located at in Trail, BC.Reporting to the General Manager of Finance, the Accounting Manager is responsible for two key deliverables - transaction processing and financial reporting. Working with and through their dedicated team, the Accounting Manager ensures the delivery of accurate, timely payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable services on behalf of the organization. In consultation with the Finance management team, the Accounting Manager also ensures the delivery of key reports including SOFI, LDGE, financial statements and internal audits. This position will suit experienced candidates with qualifications in accounting or business administration, with at least 5 years experience in a related role, along with 2 years of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skill and experience with financial controls, compliance and best-practice accounting techniques to support the success of the RDKB's many community services.
