Job Description Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities & Duties: • Record and maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions in QuickBooks Online • Process accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, obtaining approvals and preparing payments • Record deposits, borrower payments, mortgage advances, lender fees and other financial transactions • Perform regular bank and general ledger account reconciliations • Maintain supporting schedules for mortgage receivables, interest income, investor capital and other accounts • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals and account adjustments as required • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures • Prepare internal financial reports and supporting documentation for management • Assist with HST filings, payroll-related reporting and other periodic remittances • Maintain organized...
