Account Manager We?re looking for an *Account Manager* to join our Accounts/Sales department. This role is full-time and in person at our office () in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will build strong, long-term client relationships and work collaboratively with strategy, creative, project management, and production teams to deliver high-quality marketing, branding, digital, and communications initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills, along with a strong understanding of marketing agency operations. *About Us* is a full-service Indigenous-led marketing and creative agency based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. For nearly 20 years, we've partnered with organizations whose work has meaningful community and public impact, including Indigenous Nations and organizations, government and public sector organizations, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and non-profits.Through strategy, storytelling and design, we help our partners uncover and express who they are, where they're going, and why it matters to the people they serve. *What You?ll Do* * Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications, serving as a trusted advisor and primary agency contact. * Develop a clear understanding of client goals, audiences, priorities, and business challenges. * Translate client needs into clear project briefs, scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables. * Coordinate the successful delivery of marketing, branding, digital, content, and creative projects. * Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, project management, and production teams to ensure projects remain aligned with client expectations. * Manage project schedules, budgets, approvals, feedback, and deliverables from planning through completion. * Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, and project check-ins. * Prepare meeting agendas, notes, status reports, project updates, and other client-facing materials. * Proactively identify potential issues, manage expectations, and escalate risks or concerns when appropriate. * Support the development of proposals, estimates, presentations, and scopes of work for existing and prospective clients. * Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional services, campaigns, and strategic recommendations. * Monitor client satisfaction and contribute to retention and account-growth initiatives. * Maintain accurate client, project, and communication records within the agency?s CRM and project-management systems. * Represent the agency professionally at conferences, networking events, and client engagements. * Support projects related to Indigenous communities, economic development, and reconciliation-focused communications, as applicable. * Travel within Canada for client meetings, events, and conferences as required. *What We?re Looking For* You?ll be a strong fit if you have: * Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered. * 2?3 years of experience in account management, client services, marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment. * Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and coordinating multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines. * Strong understanding of marketing, branding, digital communications, and creative production processes. * Ability to translate client objectives into clear briefs, recommendations, scopes of work, and project plans. * Proven ability to build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships. * Experience managing project budgets, timelines, approvals, feedback, and competing priorities. * Strong presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectivel
