Job description
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots. Hay farming. Livestock combination farming. Wheat farming. Grain, oil and forage crop. Livestock. Work setting: Rural area. Staff accommodation available. Tasks: Handling animals. Marking livestock as proof of ownership. Monitor the calving process. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Perform livestock feeding. Track and report on current feed inventory . Treat livestock health issues. Feed and tend animals. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens. Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry. Perform general farm duties. Equipment and machinery experience: Feeding and watering system. Harvesters. Seed drill. Tractor.
