Job description
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. In/on water. Wet/damp. Tasks: Escort groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips. Operate and maintain watercraft. Maintain equipment. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Guide specialization: Rafting. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Initiative. Reliability. Employment terms options: Early morning. Shift. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
