Select People Solutions is searching for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Worker to join our client’s team at a facility located outside of Lethbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly. Please note: This position is NOT located in Lethbridge and requires a daily commute. A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory to be considered. What’s in it for You? • Opportunity for overtime • Weekly pay • Growth opportunities and skill development Compensation & Hours: • The rate of pay will be $20 - $22/hr. • This is a temporary, full-time position Position Summary: • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality • Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently • Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records • Coordinate with couriers, drivers, and suppliers to support timely deliveries • Assist with inventory counts while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Required Qualifications: • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency • Reliable team player with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Bonus Points: • Valid forklift certification • Willingness to work overtime if required Right People.
