You will manage advanced prescription processing, administer vaccinations, and provide compassionate, personalized service. _*Key responsibilities include: *_ * Execute full-cycle prescription processing with precision and efficiency * Perform technical checks on prescriptions and compliance packs * Administer vaccinations in accordance with OCP standards and protocols * Manage inventory and maintain accurate patient records using Kroll software * Provide patient education on medications and medical devices * Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure optimal patient outcomes * Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiative _*We are looking for someone who:*_ * Has graduated from an Accredited Pharmacy Technician Program * Is licensed with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) * Possesses strong digital literacy (Kroll software experience is a plus) * Excels in clear communication and relationship-building * Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Brings a positive attitude and passion for continuous improvement At Henderson?s, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
