If you?re motivated by meaningful work, high standards, and the opportunity to help build a stronger, smarter distribution platform, you?ll feel at home here. *About the Role * We are looking for a great team player and a strong marketing executor who enjoys collaborating with a team on multiple projects and deliverables. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will coordinate projects such as product and brand launches, email marketing campaigns, website updates and retailer materials. This candidate should also show real interest in exploring new processes and ideas that support the creation and execution of new marketing strategies alongside the Marketing Manager and other departments. *Responsibilities* * Draft and create full product and brand launch packs, including sell sheets, brand decks and banners for retailers, together with the graphic design team. * Coordinate the graphic design team's priorities and tasks with the Marketing Manager so everything gets finalized on time. * Lead and maintain the company's email marketing platform (Klaviyo), making sure all customer data is updated on time and follows Canadian anti-spam regulations (CASL). * Create customer segments and analyze email marketing metrics to improve customer satisfaction and results. * Support the creation of social media content and campaigns along with the marketing department. * Participate in brainstorming sessions to align on the monthly digital content strategy. * Assist the Marketing Manager with e-commerce and website updates, including forms and basic web edits. * Run site audits for key retail accounts and recommend updates to product images, descriptions and suggested usage. * Coordinate the delivery of samples, images, POS and other marketing materials to sales reps and accounts. * Use AI tools such as Claude, Perplexity and ChatGPT to gather industry insights and relevant data, and to improve processes. * Maintain the marketing department's project management platform (ClickUp), making sure all tasks and deadlines are completed on time. * Support the Marketing Manager with events throughout the year, such as trade shows, consumer shows and in-store demos. Some weekend availability is required. *Requirements* * Diploma in Business, Marketing or Administration * 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B marketing * Experience in CPG, natural health or sports nutrition is an asset * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong attention to detail * Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com * Comfortable working with WordPress or similar website platforms. Basic coding knowledge is an asset * Experience with email marketing platforms. Klaviyo is an asset * Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop * Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Strong copywriting skills * Effective communicator, good problem solver and team player * Ability to commute/relocate Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) *Why Work at Peak Performance Products I
