Lunch supervisor

*Job Description* ? Supervisor*Hours of Work *? able to work a flexible schedule at a minimum of 16 hours a week. Availability must include weekends and evenings. *POSITION OBJECTIVE* The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to our customers, maintain a clean and organized store/work space. To lead by example and give direction to other members of the team to ensure smooth operations. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * The Supervisor will be required to carry out but not limited to the following duties within the store. * All Store Clerk duties (as outlined in the Store Clerk job description) * Run shifts to ensure day to day deadlines are met; * Ensure all staff are following Company Policies & Procedures; * Delegate tasks to team members; * Follow-up to ensure team has completed the required tasks for their shift; * Daily paperwork; * Finding other staff members to over shifts in the event of sickness or other absence; * Receive & check incoming stock; * Inventory counts as directed; * Listen and respond to customer complaints (escalating complaint to Store Manager if necessary); * Take responsibility for your shift and ensure all shift tasks are completed * Training new & existing employees; * Other duties are directed. *ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS * ? Reports to Assistant Manager & Store Manager *INTERPERSONAL SKILLS * ? Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written ? Ability to maintain composure under pressure *ACCOUNTABLITY * ? Ability to work independently and exercise initiative ? Ability to follow direction and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner *Essential Skills* ? Good oral and written communication skills ? Demonstrate ability to work within a team environment ? Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service ? Demonstrate ability to work on till with minor or no cash outages ? Demonstrate ability to complete daily and till paperwork ?
