Who we need Reporting to the Director, Brand Strategy, Marketing & Communications, we are hiring a Marketing Operations and Project Specialist.
As our new Marketing Operations and Project Specialist, you will coordinate marketing initiatives from intake and planning through execution and reporting.
You will translate marketing briefs into actionable project plans, build and manage workflows, coordinate contributors and approvals, monitor timelines and deliverables, and keep everyone informed and accountable.
You will bring an understanding of how marketing work moves from concept through content, creative, approvals and production, applying critical thinking and sound judgement to keep projects moving when requirements and approval processes differ.
This is an existing full-time, fully remote opportunity open to candidates across Canada.

As our new Marketing Operations & Project Specialist, you will: Turn marketing briefs into actionable plans.
You will participate in project intakes to understand what the team is trying to achieve, who needs to be involved and how success will be measured.
You will identify missing information, clarify requirements and establish the timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, approvals and deliverables needed to move from brief to execution.
Drive projects forward.
You will take ownership of marketing projects once they move into execution, coordinating the people, decisions and deliverables required to maintain momentum.
You will anticipate dependencies, follow up on outstanding commitments, resolve issues where you can and raise risks early when additional input or decisions are needed.
Build and manage effective workflows.
You will translate project plans into clear, visible workflows, giving the team an accurate view of priorities, res
