If you are energetic, love physical work, and take pride in delivering top-tier results, we want you on our team! *What You?ll Get to Do* In this seasonal industrial site role, you?ll be a key player in keeping high-volume operational facilities safe, clean, and sanitized. * Keep Essential Spaces Immaculate: Maintain operational sites, washrooms, breakrooms, and kitchens to the highest standards of cleanliness. * Master Core Cleaning Tasks: Tackle floor care (washing, vacuuming), dusting, surface sanitization, and deep-disinfection processes expected from our professional team. * Waste & Recycling Management: Handle stream-sorting, recycling, and waste disposal while promoting eco-friendly practices. * Equipment & Inventory Care: Safely operate and maintain cleaning tools and gear, keeping accurate records of schedules and supply levels. * Maintain Safety Standards: Follow strict industrial safety protocols, stay alert to outdoor weather conditions, and foster a positive, safety-first environment for your teammates and clients. *What You Bring to the Team* * Safety First Mindset: A strong personal commitment to safety, especially in an industrial workplace setting. * Physical Stamina & Adaptability: Ready for physically demanding work, comfortable lifting and moving, and adaptable to outdoor conditions. * Valid Driver?s License: A valid driver's license and comfort with driving between local site locations. * Required Gear: CSA-approved steel-toe boots. * Detail-Oriented & Reliable: Punctual, dependable, and proud of maintaining clean, organized spaces. * Pre-Employment Screening: Successful candidates must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and background check. *What?s in It for You* * Competitive Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, valuing your hard work and energy. * Referral Bonus: Earn an extra financial boost just for referring your friends to our project team! * Staff Accommodation Available: Shared staff housing options provided if needed. * Paid Training & Gear: Paid onboarding/training and a dedicated clothing allowance. * Great daily earnings potential on steady projects.
