Farm workers supervisor

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Perform general farm duties. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
