Farm supervisor

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Hog and pig farming. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Direct farm feed inventory activities . Handling animals. Marking livestock as proof of ownership. Monitoring animal health. Treat livestock health issues. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain livestock performance records. Maintain quality control and production records. Select livestock for sale. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Area of specialization: Swine. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Early morning. Day.
