(We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants) Employer: Temsland Maurice holdings Ltd. o/a Esterhazy Motor hotel Position: Cook Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Wage: $17.00/hr based on 30-36hrs/wk with 15 days paid vacation Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day or 40hrs/wk Work location: 1020 Park Ave, Esterhazy, SK, S0A 0X0 Work Settings: Motel Position Available: 2 Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Language: English Job Duties: - Prepare and cook dishes using recipes - Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances - Ensure food is prepared on time for all service periods by meeting food safety and quality standards - Participate in a menu plan, determine size of food portions - Ensure all operations follow safety and health guidelines in accordance with government public health & sanitation regulations - Clean work area and kitchen; and maintain workstation clean - Reduce waste to ensure food costs are minimized - Train and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure productivity and provide assistance when needed Others: - Position is open and available for underrepresented groups, such as Indigenous people, Newcomers, Youths, Refugees, Elders, and Asylum Seekers to apply for this position. - Candidates also legally entitled to work in Canada can apply.
