Job description

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Coordinate subcontractors activities . Select trade subcontractors . Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions. Prepare reports. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
