This is a senior opportunity for a construction professional with significant bridge and heavy civil project experience who wants to take a leadership role delivering complex infrastructure projects in British Columbia. Our client has an established presence in the BC infrastructure market and is looking for a Senior Project Manager who can provide leadership across all aspects of project delivery?from preconstruction and planning through execution, commercial management and closeout. The Opportunity As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major bridge and heavy civil projects. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading complex bridge and heavy civil construction projects • Developing project execution strategies, schedules and budgets • Managing project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders • Overseeing project cost control, forecasting and financial performance • Managing contracts, change orders, claims and commercial issues • Working closely with owners, consultants and project partners • Identifying and managing project risks • Supporting procurement and subcontractor negotiations • Providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Coordinators and site teams • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the required quality standards Requirements What We're Looking For
